🐖✨Farm Fresh Pork—Who wants in this fall?!✨🐖

We’re getting our pork list started and would love to fill our spots with friends, family, and local supporters! There’s nothing better than having your freezer stocked with locally raised pork 🤍

Here’s a simple breakdown:

🌿 Half Hog
• Around 105 lbs hanging weight
• ~$294 for the pork
• ~$140 processing (cut to your preference)
• Estimated total: $434

🌿 Whole Hog
• Around 210 lbs hanging weight
• ~$588 for the pork
• ~$280 processing (cut to your preference)
• Estimated total: $868

All standard cuts include smoked bacon, ham, and your choice of sausage flavor 😍
Processing is done through Chester’s at $1.25/lb, with the option to add extras like brats or specialty items for an additional cost.

Hey everyone! We just wanted to hop on here and say sorry we’ve been a little MIA lately 🤍

Life has been a bit busy on our end since our last batch of pigs went in, and we’ve had a lot going on behind the scenes. Between keeping up with the farm and getting ready to welcome our first baby (due in June 🥹), things have definitely been a little hectic!

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support more than you know. We’re still here and so excited for what’s ahead—both on the farm and in this next chapter of life.

Ever wondered what you get when you buy a half pig?

This is our personal half pig — a real-life example of the variety and value that comes with buying local, farm-raised pork. Every pig is a little different in weight; this one had a hanging weight of 223 lbs.

It was cut into pork chops, pork steaks (instead of a Boston butt), one sirloin roast, breakfast sausage, and smoked bacon. The ribs and ham were ground into sausage — the ham alone produced 69 brats.

All pigs are sold out for this year, but feel free to message us with any questions or to get on the list for next year. Thank you!

Tomorrow is butcher day for our first 15 pigs! 🐖✨

Forrest will be reaching out soon — if he hasn’t already — to help you get your cut sheets filled out.
The next 15 will be going in on Monday, the 8th.

If you don’t receive a message from Forrest today or tomorrow, keep an eye out next week/weekend — he’ll be sending cut sheets for the next group of 15 then!
