Okay I got a few DM about purchasing a loaf of my Dandelion bread. So if you would like a loaf let me know. They are $10.00 per loaf. Also please let me know what day you want to pick up.

Dandelion bread OMG this is a must make. Every year I try and do something new with all the dandelions in the yard. I make jelly, salve and this year bread. You can stop by my roadside stand (open daily) and purchase my jelly and salve. The bread you will have to make yourself. I have attached the recipe I used. Mix all the dry ingredients so your Flower petals are mixed then and the rest. Bake 350 for 40 minutes.

It's that time of year again. The bees are busy working the dandelions and so am I. Busy collecting enough for my dandelion jelly and my dandelion salve. For those of you who have not tried the same yet you should. Dandelion salve is good for any skin issues. Some examples: cuts; scrapes, abrasions and Sericeous. They call it nature's Neosporin. Stop by my roadside stand and get some. Open everyday 8 am till 7 pm.

Happy New Year to my girls. Even thought it has been bitter cold they are laying over 1 dz a day... Just love them so made them oatmeal strawberry and oregano soup.. They just love it. They also had lentil sprouts for breakfast.

UPDATE: Our roadside stand will be closed today and tomorrow. (Dec. 29th and 30th). The ice is not melting and we are getting 7 to 10 inches of snow tonight. Sorry for any inconvenience but it is just not safe.

Due to the driveway being an ice skating rink the roadside stand will be closed until 10 AM today. Sorry for any inconvenience and please stay safe out there.
