Our first time showing at the The River Goat Classic did not disappoint! A 5 hour trip turned into 7 hours thanks to rain and Indianapolis construction, but by the grace of God and Google Maps we made it safely.
The show committee went above and beyond with their hospitality and ran a wonderfully smooth show.
The fairgrounds were easy to navigate and the showrings were well maintained.
Our judges were articulate and efficient- truly opinions I enjoyed soliciting.
Our fellow exhibitors were so kind, always ready to lend a hand in and out of the ring.
And our goats! They knocked it out of the ballpark. They traveled well, settled in and ate/drank beautifully, and made me so proud of how far my program has come!

Megan Anthony- thank you for holding down the fort! You did once say “your chores are relaxing” lol so there’s that
Jennifer Kelly Kagel- thank you for being my copilot and bucket b*itch all weekend. I will let you choose our departure time next show 😅
Jess Fernandez- thank you for being my rock. For doing chores when I’m away, for picking baby names, for taking such good care of our home, animals, and me ❤️
