Hubbell Family Farm The Hubbells have farmed in the Catskills since the close of the American Revolution. Please stop by and visit our farm store!

Milk, Honey, & other local farm goods Since 1848 they have been on the same parcel of land farming and running various enterprises. A Nationally Registered Historic Landmark, the farm includes a number of unique buildings, including an operating 1870s c***r mill (Fall season only), sap house (for making maple syrup), and existing land use patterns over a century old. Included in the animal population on the farm are Scottish Highlanders (those furry long-haired cattle), along with Berkshire pigs, chickens, turkeys, guinea hens, and goats.
