Thank you to everyone who sold and supported our Double Good Popcorn Fundraiser!

🍿 Help H.O.P.E. Open Its Doors This June! 🍿

At H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Pursue Empowerment), we're excited to welcome our trainers and individuals with intellectual disabilities beginning June 29th.

This opening represents a major milestone in creating meaningful opportunities, skill development, and community engagement for the individuals we serve.
We're incredibly close to making it happen.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we've already raised $45,000 toward our $55,000 goal. With just $10,000 left to raise, we need your help to cover our remaining startup and operational costs so we can open our doors as planned.

Beginning June 9th at 12pm, through June 16th we will be starting a new fundraiser to reach our goals! At the below link you can order unique and delicious bags of popcorn! Every bag of popcorn purchased through our fundraiser brings us one step closer to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and creating a place where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

🌟 A New Chapter at The Other Lucy Beach Grille 🌟

We’re excited to share an important update in the evolution of our mission!
The Other Lucy Beach Grille will now be run by H.O.P.E., and we couldn’t be more proud of this next step.

Our staff will consist entirely of trainers and H.O.P.E. students, and we are all so excited to serve the public this summer.

The grille will provide 10 weeks of real-time, hands-on training, giving our students with intellectual disabilities the experience and confidence they need to pursue part-time or full-time employment—without the need for a job coach.

We are incredibly proud to continue this important work. The outcomes we’ve seen so far have been amazing. We’ve watched hope return to families, and the transformation toward greater independence has been truly emotional to witness.

We can’t wait for you to see what we see in our students this summer—the growth is amazing.
