If you've got refrigeration experience and enjoy solving problems, this could be a great fit. You'll work on milk cooling systems, dairy equipment, commercial refrigeration, and other equipment used on today's dairy farms. No dairy experience? That's okay—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Small businesses are built on relationships - and today we are remembering someone who meant a great deal to us. Paul was a longtime friend, customer, and familiar face we always looked forward to seeing.

We are saddened by Paul's passing this week and send our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time. Thank you, Paul, for the many years of friendship and support. You will not be forgotten.

It is with our deepest regrets that today we remember and honor the life of Paul Detwiler — a respected leader, mentor, colleague, and friend whose impact reached far beyond our organization.

As General Manager of the Ohio Heifer Center for over 15 years, Paul was the driving force, visionary, and steadfast hand behind the development and growth of one of the dairy industry’s leading operations. Through his undeniable passion and dedication, he helped build a program that has become a shining example of innovation, technology, and genetic advancement within the dairy industry.

But above all, Paul will be remembered for the way he led: with humility, authenticity, kindness, and genuine care for others. He was deeply respected by teammates, customers, and partners across the industry, leaving a legacy that will continue to inspire all of us.

We extend our sincere condolences to Paul’s family, Shelly, Jake, Luke, and his grandkids, his friends, coworkers, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy will live on through the countless people he mentored, the friendships he built, and the lasting impact he made on the dairy industry he loved so deeply.

Thank you, Paul for all you did for us. Your legacy will never be forgotten. 💙

After years of field research, cows have officially learned to clean up after themselves! Early reports from across North America confirm herds are now:
🐄Tidying high-traffic areas, Politely asking pen mates to “leave it better than you found it”.
🐄Some are even rumored to be hosting workshops at the feed fence.
Lely cows are very intelligent, and we're sure the Lely Collector has absolutely nothing to do with it.
