It's bittersweet to say... Eat My Pancakes is heading back to school! 📚🥞💕
This Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be our FINAL DAYS before we close for the school year.
This little pancake stand has been an incredible adventure, and we couldn't have done it without this amazing community. Every order, share, and kind word has meant the world. ❤️
While our regular hours are coming to an end, we're not saying goodbye! We'll still be available for special events, festivals, and private parties, so keep us in mind when you're planning your next celebration!
If you've been meaning to stop by, this is the weekend to do it! Come grab your favorite stack, help us finish the season strong, and send our hardworking student back to school with lots of love and support.

As we wrap up summer, Eat My Pancakes will be taking a short summer break and will reopen Wednesday, August 5th. 🩷🥞

This little pancake stand has been more than just breakfast—it's been the result of one determined high school senior spending her summer working hard, learning responsibility, serving our community, and chasing her dreams. We couldn't be more proud of everything she's accomplished.
We want to sincerely thank every single person who stopped by, shared a post, told a friend, or supported this small business. Your encouragement has meant more than you'll ever know.
Now it's time for our family to take a well-deserved break, recharge, and make a few more summer memories before the school year begins.

Thank you for believing in a young entrepreneur and helping make this summer so special. We can't wait to see all of you again when we return on Wednesday, August 5th.
