This past school year my daughter did a school project mapping out a flower garden. She scaled everything down to size in order to fit the graph paper and researched seasons they bloomed, growing conditions required, and how big they got etc. this spring she is reaping the reward and seeing all her hard work planning and planting.

My daughter is GF and has her homeschool enrichment classes today. Here’s our cold lunch idea for the day. I had left over 7 layer salad so I put that in rice wraps, a fruit cup, pumpkin seeds with cashews and hazelnuts, GF chocolate covered pretzels with Celtic salt, and a baby bell cheese. Have a blessed day yall!
