Proud Heritage Beef Proud Heritage Beef is a family owned regenerative dairy and beef farm in northern Manitowoc County. The cost of processing is approximately $1/lb.

Our beef is raised all naturally without the use of growth hormones. Steers are fed a combination of grain and forage such as haylage, corn silage and grass. We use sustainable practices to raise our dairy animals, our beef steers, and our forages. Currently we are charging $2.45/lb hanging weight plus the cost of processing for our beef. This price includes cutting and wrapping to your specifications plus delivery within 50 miles of Manitowoc county. I will deliver farther for an extra fee.

Hey folks! How can it be August already? We are gearing up for both State Fair and Manitowoc County Fair- the best week of the summer- and the craziest! Looking ahead school will be starting in a month- time to start meal planning. What does your freezer look like after all the summer grilling? Mines on the low side. So! We have a lm opening for a steer or parts of a steer in both September and October. Let me know if I can fill you up with some quality beef!
