Hi everyone, this is Pat, the owner of Wimal.
I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize to anyone who ordered from us tonight and experienced a long wait or food that did not meet expectations. Tonight, we were extremely busy especially with the take out order I was very happy about it that we got a lot of support from our customers but unfortunately we did not handle it well. I was cooking myself, and while our team truly did their best, we fell behind and some things did not come out the way they should have. That responsibility is on me.
I am incredibly grateful for the support we received, but I also feel disappointed knowing that some customers had a frustrating experience. That is never what we want for anyone who chooses to support our small business.
If you ordered tonight and had any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. I’m happy to listen, offer a refund if needed, and learn from this so we can do better moving forward.
