What a busy weekend with Lancaster’s Best Food Truck Competition. Thanks to Joyful Doberman Rescue for hosting the event. Thanks to all who came out and supported all the trucks!
Well we get to toot our horn this year! We won the best burger category! We presented the Iron Born Brisket Burger to the judges. 2 beef patties, 2 slices of Colby Jack cheese, Iron Born Brisket ( Iron Born Bistro- Marietta PA (Ironbornbistro.com) , choice of sauce, crispy onion straws, and home made slaw on top, all nestled between a big toasted brioche roll. Toot toot! So we got bragging rights for the next year.

UPDATE! We won best burger with this burger!

We have teamed up with our local BBQ restaurant in Marietta to present the Iron Born Brisket Burger for Lancaster Best Food Truck Competition happening at 1466 Habecker Road, Columbia PA 17512. It features 8oz of 100% all beef, American cheese, Iron Born chopped brisket with your choice of sauce, NC Tangy, Hot Honey, or Traditional sweet BBQ sauce, onion straws, then topped of with our home made cole slaw, served on the side. LIMITED TO 20 SANDWICHES PER DAY!
