What a wonderful wedding last night! Congratulations Rachel and Chris, I was so proud to be a part of your special day. And The Trolley Barn was the perfect setting inside and out and with a menu of crab cakes, shrimp and grits, Cherry wood Brisket and Pecan chicken, I know that no one went home hungry. Everyone was so nice, Rachel was so beautiful and I hardly recognized Chris all "cleaned up" and not in his jeans, so handsome.

Last night's wedding with Chris and Roberta was absolutely perfect. Boy, do you Brazilian's know how to party! Roberta, you were beautiful and Chris, you "clean up nice". Thanks so much for letting me be a part of your perfect day!

I have been working on two things this morning. Coconut Crab Cakes with Lime and lemon grass dipping sauce for one of my brides and a new Red Velvet Cake recipe with sour cream in it for North Point Church. Also, one of my 2 events tonight is for Lori Crowell, one of my former brides, a birthday party for her husband, John. I am so excited to see her again.
