Howies Garden We open for the season the Thursday before Easter with beautiful Easter flowers. Hours: weekdays from 8 am to 7 pm and 8-5 weekends, weather permitting.

We then will have seasonal fruits and vegetables as they become available from the local farmers. We sell seasonal locally grown produce and flowers for Easter and Mother's Day.

Good morning everyone! This is quite possibly the last weekend we will have peaches, so come and get 'em before they are gone! We have small baskets for $8.00 and quart boxes for $6.00. Also on the stand are a few varieties of apples, pears, plums, nectarines, cantaloupes, watermelons, blueberries, and Howie made up a few baskets of mixed fruit for those of you that want a little of everything! On the veggie side, we have sweet corn, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, sweet onions, and more including brown eggs! Summer is slowly coming to a close, so get your fresh fruit and veggies before they're gone for another year!

For you home canners out there, we have a few boxes (approximately 25 lb each) of tomatoes. Your cost is $15 per box. Great for sauce, salsa, or juice. Come and get them while they are available.

Hi everyone! Been a while, but want to let you know of some new items we will have on the stand starting tomorrow. We will have green, yellow, and purple (yes, purple) beans, okra, habanero peppers, sweet "delilah" peppers, and "crackerjack" red seedless watermelons that are sweet and HUGE.

Sweet corn, white or bi-color, is still $4.00 a doz, and cantaloupes are still $2.00 ea.

Fruits available include freestone peaches, blueberries, pears, apples, nectarines, and plums. Other veggies include tomatoes, "boro" tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, lettuce, onions, zucchini, cucumbers, red potatoes, bell peppers, and more including brown eggs.

We are having a "SUPER Howie" weekend special on sweet corn at only $4 a dozen!! There is white and bicolor to choose from. Also a special on red seedless watermelons at $5 each, and cantaloupes at $2.00 ea. Come and get 'em while they last!
While you're here, pick up some great tasting fruits like freestone peaches, yellow donut peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, pears, and ORGANIC blueberries. And, some of you have been asking for them and they are here...Washington Boro tomatoes available starting Saturday!
