The Banana Pudding Company delivers to physical addresses up to 45 miles from Marietta, GA for orders $15 and above. Delivery fees are as follows: $7 for 1-15 miles, $10 for 16-30 miles, and $15 for 31-45 miles. Addresses outside of this range must be placed through email or over the phone and are subject to an additional fuel surcharge. Only catering is offered
to locations outside of the maximum range (45 miles) and requires a quote. Orders must be placed by 5:00pm EST 48 hours (2 days) before requested delivery date. Customers are responsible for recipient being present during delivery or arranging a time with us that they will be available. We reserve the right to drop off orders if no one is present, unless specified by customer or recipient. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We will notify customers via email once orders are delivered. Please be aware of any delivery policies at your destination. The Banana Pudding Company cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for delays resulting from inclement weather. We try our best to accommodate delivery time requests, but they cannot be guaranteed and depend on our delivery load for the day. Return Policy
The Banana Pudding Company will issue a refund for any incorrect orders or errors made by us. Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours from the delivery date with a full refund. Any orders cancelled within 24 hours within desired delivery/pick-up date will also be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
