Dinner last night. Chicken picatta with capers and asparagus and pasta for Fred. Very good. You can make 2 meals out of 1 whole chicken for 2 or 3 people. Was good.

Hello everyone, I know it has been a while. Loved our vacation with kids. The heat has been bad. Fred wanted homemade cottage cheese it's nothing like store bought but high in protein and no additives. I also made a pound of butter.

So on the west coast when you go to Mexican restsurants you get taqueria picked jalapenos and carrots on your table along with chips and salsa adds a nice kick. Funny memories of kids trying carrots oops surprise that's hot. Made some for the kidfos and me.

Today is a bit warm for me. Made some blackberry jam, and a yummy new York steak. Then a walk with the dogs.
