This Mother’s Day weekend was one of the busiest — and sweetest — weekends in my studio. 🌸🧁

Buttercream flowers, ribbons, bouquet wraps, and lots of late-night decorating all came together for the Mother’s Day pickups on the 9th and 10th.

One of my favorite parts was seeing people pause and smile while looking at all the little flower details up close. 💕

Recently, I was asked by a client to create a cupcake bouquet inspired by a real flower arrangement she had seen, and honestly, it turned into such a fun creative process. 🌸

I found myself studying the placement of the flowers, the balance of the deep reds with the soft blues, and trying to recreate that soft natural bouquet feeling completely in buttercream.

I really loved how the final bouquet turned out. It still has that romantic garden-style look, but every flower is actually hand-piped on cupcakes. 🧁✨

While working on this one, I kept thinking how sweet something like this would be for teachers and mentors this time of year, but also for graduation celebrations, Mother’s Day gifting, birthdays, thank-you gifts, and even Memorial Day weekend gatherings where you want to bring something beautiful and special to share.
