Sourdough is an art. 🌾

It’s not easy.
It’s not fast.
And it’s definitely not simple.

It takes patience, consistency, practice, and a lot of trust in the process.

You try. You fail.
You try again. And again. And again.
And somewhere along the way, you learn to love the process.

Until one day, you look at what you made and realize how far you’ve come.

Because with consistency, patience, and love for what you do, you can achieve anything.

Always learning. Always improving.
Working to bring you the very best. 🤎

Behind this slice of cake, there’s a story. This is a Banoffee tart, but with an Argentine twist.🍌🍫🍯🇦🇷

Banoffee is a British dessert, but I make it with ingredients that remind me of my childhood in Argentina.

I make it with a chocolate sablé crust that reminds me of alfajor cookies. Then I add a generous layer of dulce de leche and fresh banana slices. It takes me back to my childhood because one of the simplest and most beloved desserts we grew up eating in Argentina was bananas with dulce de leche.

To finish it, I top it with a light, smooth whipped cream that perfectly balances the sweetness of the filling.

I recommend enjoying this tart well chilled, ideally on the day it’s made. It’s the perfect dessert for a warm summer day, and the combination of flavors is simply unforgettable.

What does biting into a cloud feel like? The answer is biting into this “Alfajor de Maicena” 🍋🥥🇦🇷
That’s what we call it: a soft, lemon-flavored cookie made with cornstarch, filled with the sweetest dulce de leche and coated in shredded coconut.

Available individually, like the one in the video/photo, or in a box of six mini alfajores. A true Argentine classic that is simply irresistible.
