Sunset last night. Currently in bloom- “mini” sunflowers, Sweet Williams, coreospus and other random blooms. Coming soon- June Sunflowers(small field), cosmos and hopefully a field of poppies mixed with other early summer flowers. 🌸🌻 U-pick will open sometime in July.

Check out these mini, adorable, early blooming sunflowers! The birds helped us reseed these by sitting in the tall cosmos last year and 💩 out the sunflower seeds from a neighboring field. Nature truly is amazing!

All of the seeds we’ve sown over the past few years are starting to come back on there own! While we enjoy having the organized rows there is something special about the ones that return with no tilling or special preparation. We’ll be doing some rows this year, but also plan to open up some of the wildflower fields for u-pick. The cool, wet weather has slowed down growth and planting schedules a bit, but this season is already beautiful. We plan on u-pick opening end of June, but that is also heavily reliant on Mother Nature. We will keep the page updated and as always are open for photos and visits 3pm-dusk weekdays and 9am-dusk weekends. Visits are $2/person and photo sessions are $20/30 minutes or $30/hour. 🌸🫶🏻

Finally seeing some colors besides green! We have some more areas filling in daily and by the end of May we should have poppies, larkspur and bachelor buttons followed by the big wildflower fields in June! Remember, peak bloom for wildflowers is June-September. The tall grass field and tree swing are looking great as always and we will continue to post blooms as they pop up!

Even though the flowers are gone our fields are still picture perfect for fall and you can even sneak in some Christmas photos while you are here! Open 3pm-dusk weekdays and 9am-dusk weekends for photos. $25/hour or $15/30 minutes.
