COME SEE US TOMORROW for our Red, White, & Blooms Labor Day Celebration!! 🎆

Featuring:

🇺🇸 A huge American flag display in the flower fields + self-guided field tours

🌻 A build-your-own bouquet bar on the patio

🌭 A picnic on the porch! Our menu includes Italian paninis, caprese paninis, our pasture-raised beef hot dogs, pasta salad, & more! (You are also welcome to bring a blanket and picnic in the flower fields- $10 admission.)

🍓 Red, white, & blue sundaes! Our vanilla bean ice cream topped with homemade blueberry & strawberry sauces + whipped cream!

PLUS a fully stocked farm store, scratch-made baked goods fresh from our kitchen, to-go picnic foods, and so much more. Our farm store will be open 10-4 tomorrow, and the event runs from 10 to 2! WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU!

Lately we’ve had some customers say things like, “You must have a big machine or factory making your ice cream for you!” And the truth is, NOPE!

This little machine here is what we use to make ALL of our ice cream! We make it right here on our farm, entirely from scratch with OUR milk, in a process that is almost entirely manual aside from the actual churning that this freezer does for us. 😅

We start with our pasture-raised milk and local heavy cream, use our own self-developed recipes and processes, put the ice cream base into this singular batch freezer, mix-in our scratch-made flavors/sauces/baked goods, fill our containers by hand, and end up with the ice cream you all know and love.

Some customers assume we are a much larger operation than we are. But at the end of the day, there are only THREE people (at the absolute most) who are a part of our ice cream production.

We can name the cows who made the milk and the people who turned it into ice cream for you. How many places can say that? 😉

Did you know we deadhead the entire flower field multiple times a year by hand? We like to keep it going as long as we can and this is how it's done!

THE TIME HAS COME… Fall ice cream flavors are making their way to our store freezer! 🎃🍁 We have pumpkin and maple cinnamon latte this week, with lots more coming in the next few weeks! Are you ready, or still holding on to summer for as long as you can?

Courtney and Fallon are all set up at the Smiling Goat Farmers Market in Indiana today from 10 to 2! They have a full flower bar, baked goods, and beef sticks. There are lots of other amazing vendors, and a whole SUNFLOWER MAZE to check out! 493 Tonkin Rd, Indiana!

Our farm store is also open as usual today from 10 to 4! The flower fields are open for self guided tours from 10 to 2. We have lots of our fresh scratch-made baked goods, tons of homemade ice cream, flower bouquets, pasture-raised beef, and so much more. Come find us somewhere today and say hi!
