🍗 Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings
1 c diced yellow onion
1 c diced carrots
1 c diced celery
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 tsp salt | ½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp dried thyme
3 c chicken stock
1 lb chicken breast
1 cup whole milk
4 Tbsp cornstarch
6 oz frozen peas
For the Dumplings
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ c whole milk
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

🥔 Slow Cooker Cheesy Ham & Potato Soup
4 cups chicken stock
4 lbs russet potatoes
1 small onion
1 tsp salt
1 pound cubed ham
12 oz evaporated milk
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar
scallions for garnish

🥩 Slow Cooker Beef Ramen Noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 cup matchstick carrots
1 medium red bell pepper
2-3 large scallions
3 cloves garlic
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
14.25 oz beef stock
2 packs ramen noodles
sesame seeds
scallions

🍄‍🟫 Slow Cooker Creamy Mushroom Chicken
1 ½ lbs chicken breasts
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
1 c sour cream
10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
¼ c chicken broth
½ tsp minced garlic
1.5 Tbsp flour
16 oz sliced mushrooms
minced parsley

🍊 Slow Cooker Orange Chicken
2 lbs chicken breasts
⅓ c cornstarch
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ c orange marmalade
½ c low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds
scallions

🌿 Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken
1-1.5 lbs chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese
20.5 oz "cream of" soup
2 Tbsp ranch seasoning
6 oz cooked noodles
