Due to the drought our sunflowers have taken a hard hit this summer. The mammoth sunflowers bloomed in August and only reached about 4’ tall and wilted pretty quickly, our pro-cut flowers are around 12-18”, which is extremely small. The flowers we do have make beautiful arrangements, but are not a great backdrop for pictures this year.

We will open for a few pick-your-own days for those interested and will take donations. There will be no entrance fee this year.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and it really hurts not being able to have it after all of the money, time and effort has been poured into it.

We are mentally and physically exhausted, but so very grateful for everyone that visited the farm and supported Gracie’s Foundation. We are already making plans to make the fields bigger next year and we promise to plant even more white sunflowers.

Also, thank you to our family, friends and organizations who volunteered; we couldn’t do this without you.
