Salad Saturdays!
Smoked blue cheese, house cured bacon, smoked tomatoes, house made ranch, croutons, pickled onion on a split romaine head. - $10

For $2 add pork or chicken
For $4 add brisket or sauteed shrimp

Make it popular enough and maybe it will become a regular menu item.....
