Hey everyone! Happy spring!

A quick update from the herd: we are still anxiously awaiting the start of calving season. Hopefully we will have babies in the pasture soon! In the mean time, this Mama looks ready 😂

Hey everyone! I know it has been a while since I posted, and I wanted to share a major update on the farm.

After much deliberation and hard decision-making, I decided to accept a job opportunity that would move our family out of Kentucky. The decision wasn't easy but I ultimately decided to move back to Central Florida and be with my family.

Unfortunately, this means we will no longer be selling our grassfed beef at Marion and Company, or doing our drops at Fort Campbell. We appreciate all of the community members who have shown support and bought our beef over the last few years. While Crittenden County will no longer be our home, it will always have a special place in our hearts 🐮💚 (and be our favorite place during hunting season!).

Our South Poll cattle have moved just a few hours down the road to our friends over at Glenmar Farms. Lincoln, Charlstyn, Tess and Warren have been taking great care of the girls, who are grazing on some stockpiled pasture and enjoying some hay this winter. The girls, especially Peaches, have enjoyed their new home in Elizabethtown and seem to be acclimating just fine. While we are no longer farming ourselves, we will still continue to post updates on our herd.

Thank you to everyone who loved and supported us along the way. Belle, Jack and I had the adventure of our lifetime and we could not be more fortunate 💜

Last night the boys were hard at work cleaning up the grass in our working facilities. It’s hard to believe we’re winding down summer and fall calving starts next week.

Yesterday, our friends from Smoky Mountain South Polls delivered two bulls to the farm for the 2026 spring and fall breeding seasons. We'd like to thank Tristan Tilley for delivering them and Greg Brann for sending them our way! We can't wait to see this next crop of calves. This morning was a beautiful misty morning on the farm, perfect weather for introductions and a little romance 🐮💚🌿

Lately we haven’t been able to get enough of our New York Strip! The other night we enjoyed them marinated in coconut aminos, a little honey and garlic before tossing them on the Blackstone and slicing them up.

Be sure to stop by Marion and Company and grab the last of our available steaks! We’ll be out of ribeye and filet until mid-July but hope you’ll give our delicious strips a try

We are so grateful for all the love and support from our community, leading to us selling out of beef earlier than usual! Be sure to message us if you want to reserve anything in particular.
