Happy to report that our next field of tomatoes are ready and look nice and red! Peaches this week are called Fairtime. We also have melons, sweet corn, zucchini, yellow squash, peppers, little cucumbers and more!

While we always strive to feature as many local ingredients as possible, the reality is that cost, availability, and the volume we serve don’t always make that possible.

This week though, we wanted to create something that celebrates what we love most about our community. Fresh food, local farmers, and the people who make it all possible.

As we’ve wandered the farmers markets each week, talking with growers and filling our baskets with the season’s best, an idea began to take shape.

We’re excited to share this week’s special, available Monday, August 10-Saturday August 15:

Built around the freshest local produce we could find, this sandwich is our small way of supporting our neighbors and celebrating the incredible harvest happening right here in our community.
