Our final stop before Escape to the Greek Isles takes us straight to one of Greece’s most recognizable traditions. 🇬🇷

Stop 6: Ouzo — A Taste of Greek Tradition

More than a drink, ouzo is part of the Greek experience—sipped slowly, shared with food, and enjoyed around the table with good conversation. Add a little water and something magical happens: the clear spirit turns cloudy and milky, known as the “ouzo effect.”

And for our Greek Isles night, we’re bringing a little of that tradition to Parlour 1886. Our Santorini Sunset features ouzo with vodka, blood orange, lemon, and soda. 🍊

From the first sip to the last sunset, every tradition is a reason to celebrate.

Stop 4: Chios — an island with a treasure found almost nowhere else on earth: mastiha.

For more than 2,500 years, the aromatic resin of the mastic tree has been harvested by hand on Chios, creating the delicate “tears” that have become part of the island’s culinary history.

And yes… you’ll get to experience a taste of it at Escape to the Greek Isles. 🌿

This is exactly what we love about our Passport Dining Series. It’s more than a special menu—it’s a chance to have a little fun, experience something different, and make a night of it.
