Pride in the P*e Dee 2026 — Update

With heavy hearts, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel Pride in the P*e Dee this year.

During last year’s Pride, there were those of you that joined us in celebration despite bad weather, and for that we can’t thank you enough. But due to the current forecast presenting unsafe, unfavorable conditions, Pride will no longer take place as planned.

To those who sponsored, volunteered, and expressed excitement for Pride in the P*e Dee, we sincerely thank you. Your support means more than words alone allow.

While we’re disappointed that we’re not celebrating with you all this year, we’re already working diligently to bring the community a picture perfect Pride for 2027. We’ll continue to keep you informed on what’s next. Until then, continue holding pride for yourselves and the community at large. 🏳️‍🌈

Always,
Your Friends at P*e Dee Equality
