🥜🍇 PB&J DRIVE NOW EXTENDED THROUGH AUGUST!!🍇🥜

The Virginia Farm Bureau Women's Leadership Committee is once again encouraging counties across the Commonwealth to participate in the annual PB&J Drive!
Peanut butter and jelly are nutritious, kid-friendly staples that help support local food banks, food pantries, summer feeding programs, and families in need throughout the summer months.
Did you know? 🌱 About 29,000 acres of peanuts are planted in Virginia each year. 🥜 One acre can yield approximately 4,830 pounds of peanuts. 📍 Virginia's top peanut-producing counties include Sussex, Southampton, Greensville, Isle of Wight, and Suffolk.
Drop off your donations at the Smyth County Farm Bureau Office located at 354 S. Main St. Marion, VA.
Join us in helping make a difference in our communities by donating peanut butter and jelly throughout the month of June. Every jar helps provide meals and smiles to local families!

🌾 Smyth County Farm Bureau 2026 Annual Meeting 🌾

What a wonderful evening at our 2026 Annual Meeting on August 11! We were thrilled to welcome a record number of attendees and are so grateful to everyone who came out to support Smyth County Farm Bureau. ❤️

A special thank-you to all of our vendors and door prize donors who helped make the evening extra special. We truly appreciate your continued support of our organization and our agricultural community!

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you for many years of dedicated service to our Field Services Director, Dennis Jones, and our current President, CW Pratt, as they both begin their retirement. Your leadership, commitment, and service to Farm Bureau and the agricultural community have made a lasting impact. We wish you both a very happy and well-deserved retirement! ❤️
