Sorry friends! The egg stand will be closed again today, Thursday 10/1. You guys are amazing and the girls are slacking! We do plan to open tomorrow! For the foreseeable future, we will have limited stock. Feel free to reach out through messenger before driving over, to make sure we haven't sold out for the day.

Hi all! We had a woman stop by the egg stand today in a silver 4dr sedan just after noon and take all 6 dz eggs from the cooler. If this sounds familiar to you, we did not receive a payment on any of our payment platforms. Could you please reach out and we can send you a direct link to pay if you need it? We are open every day of the week!! Weekdays we typically open by 6:00am. Weekends we are typically open by 9:00am. We close down the stand about 8:00pm every night. We will continue these hours until the girls slow down production in the late fall. After that, we will open when we have enough eggs to sell. However, feel free to message us at that point, if you want us to hold eggs for you to pickup! 🥚♥️

On Saturday, a couple of our most valuable employees will be taking a short break from their production and garden maintenance duties to provide support to the Elgin Music Boosters at their annual Car and Craft show! Come and join in on the fun, exploring the various cars and vendors on display. Don't forget to visit the Chicken P**p Raffle canopy to purchase your tickets. The winner will be determined by one of the girls at approximately 5:20 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!

When we first got hens, I tried to make hard boiled eggs and I couldn't get them to peel for the life of me! 😭 I came across a couple hacks that I use all the time now and they just slide right out of their shell! Don't buy store bought eggs just so you can easily peel them!! Follow this simple guide.
