Jake Mantey and Brittany Mantey, we are forever thankful for you two. CheersšŸ» to a successful 2024!

What a great 2023! We had roughly 150 customers this year trust us to put protein on their dinner table. This means a lot to us and cannot thank you all enough for your business, and are excited to continue working with you into 2024 and beyond. We cannot do it without you! We, too, believe in doing business local anytime we can. We would also like to thank these businesses and individuals we did business with this year. These are people we have personally done business with and would recommend to anyone.

Many of our feeder calves come from the Marion County Fairā€˜s Dairy Feeder Back to Farm Sale. We appreciate the hard work the volunteers put in along with the dedication of the youth exhibitors.

The corn we feed and mix at home to make our rations for the cattle and hogs comes from David Neidhart Generation 6 Farms L.L.C. located in Marion. Other feed needs we work with Central Ohio Farmers Co Op also located in Marion.

Bradford Brady, and Buckeye Site Works LLC for excavation and trucking/dump truck needs.

Barr Construction, Atom/Thiel Electric, Dave Roush for our electric, construction, and plumbing needs.

Douce Agency, LLC - Nationwide Insurance for insurance of home, farm, and auto

Brad Seckel for custom farming. Always reliable and a fair price.

Ag Credit- Marion for financial needs for both residential and Ag.

Morral Companies, Caledonia branch for agronomy services

Dan Burns of R and J Contracting for Metal Fabrication near Martel.

Precision Auto Repair and Towing for automotive

Jeff Dailey for varmint control

For our butcher needs we use two butchers. Neither are located in Marionā€¦but Marion does not have a butcher to meet these needs. We use Link's Country Meats in Crestline and Jenkins Meats, LLC in Mount Victory. They are instrumental to the success of rural Marion with the services they provide.

This is what itā€™s all about folks! We are so proud to partner with the Mantey family to provide corn to feed their animals. Our family fills our freezers every year with beef and pork from Mantey Beef and Pork.

For those of you who believe in buying local, this is as ā€œgrass rootsā€ as it gets. I can personally attest that money that you pay for Mantey Beef and Pork, buys corn that is grown in Marion county from Generation 6 Farms, and gets spent locally on things like gymnastics lessons, basketball team fees, school supplies, church offerings, fertilizer, fuel, etc! These are real dollars being reinvested into your local economy (often with other local businesses also listed below)!

Letā€™s not forget that this is the best tasting meat you could ask for. Farm to table. No extra additives or unknowns in this stuff!

So, from the very bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for supporting all of these local businesses. Our entire family thanks you!

And remember, in 2024 put more meat on your fork, with Mantey Beef and Pork!
