This is what’s available from our farms and ranches this week. The piglets have been on milk and fed the acorns from our trees which coincidentally makes them plump up nicely and taste great. Their sow mother is a cross of old spot and Guinea kune. Their boar father is a massive pure bred mangalitsa. We just got in a huge order of meat birds. They are jumbo Cornish broilers mostly males so they should reach ten pounds by harvest. The lambs are sold or being kept for future breeding but we have more due soon. The cattle vary in weights but have several available. We have them free range and grass fed and grain finish upon request.
