Christmas tree sales begin Friday after Thanksgiving. We will be open 10 am to 5 pm every day. Varieties of trees in the field include Blue Spruce, Concolor fir, Douglas fir, Fraser fir, Leyland Cypress and White pine. All trees in the field are 60.00. There are trees up to 7 ft.
Precut Fraser firs from southwest Virginia will be available. People have had great success with these in the past because they are very fresh. They range from 6-7 ft to 10 ft. The 9-10 ft trees will be 225.00 this year. The other prices will be determined as soon as we know the shipping cost and I will post those prices when I know them. We welcome credit cards.
We will have a fairly good supply of fresh mixed green and Fraser fir wreaths.
Our little pop-up Christmas market will have hot cider, kettle corn, grilled cheese and hamburgers. We hope the weather cooperates so we can have apple donuts. Cider and apples will be available. Oh, I almost forgot CARAMEL APPLES! Plain, Peanut and Sprinkles.
You will find ornaments and gifts too.
Service dogs only are welcome.
Santa says he will be with us Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving but he has not said exactly which hours so I'll update that.
The Harmonizing Hornets, an acapella choir from Shenandoah University, will entertain on Saturday, December 4. Time to be determined.

We can't wait to make a caramel apple for you.

Check out these tasty finds from Hartland Farm and Orchard.
With the changing seasons, it was time to go pick some pumpkins to decorate our front door, and our Sweet Memories neighborhood residents were up to the challenge! It was a beautiful day to visit Hartland Farm and Orchard and find just the right pumpkins. Each of our residents chose a pumpkin and we even picked one to carve for Halloween! On our way home, Suellen suggested picking up some apple donuts would be a good reward for picking such perfect pumpkins and we agreed. It was a perfect end to a perfect trip!
