Today, we say goodbye to a true pillar of our community, Carlo, the man behind Carlo’s Gourmet Pizza. For over 30 years, he wasn’t just a business owner—he was a friend to all, a mentor, and a proud craftsman of his work. He built a beautiful family, a tremendous business, and left an indelible mark on this town. I was honored to meet him and even more honored when he passed the torch to me to carry on his legacy. Carlo gave me an opportunity for which I am forever grateful, always guiding me with wisdom and advice. Though he may no longer be with us physically, his legacy will continue to live on in every pizza we make, every customer we serve, and every moment we cherish in Carlo’s Gourmet Pizza. Rest in peace, Carlo. Your spirit and dedication will always be our foundation.
