4/4 We are boiling for the last time this year today. We are going to light off at around 1:00 and should have syrup by 2:00.

3/26 We are boiling again today. We have a lot of sap so we will be here till some time in the afternoon.

3/22 we are going to be boiling again today starting at around 1:30 and we should have syrup by 2:30.

Edit: done for the day not for the year. As long as we keep getting freezing nights and warm days we will be boiling.

And we're done, 3100 gallons of sap turned into 60 gallons of syrup in 8 hours.

Time for a nap.

We lit off at 2:30 am and should have syrup by 3:30am. Stop by and visit.

Why so early? Well this is our best recorded run and our storage tanks were going to overflow if we didn't boil now.

We will be boiling this afternoon. We will be lighting off at around 2:00 and should have syrup by 3:00. We're expecting to be boiling till 6:00 or so. Stop by (308 Hall Farm Road) and visit and bring your containers for us to fill.
