We harvested our Music and German Extra Hardy garlic over the last two days! We’re hoping to finish the rest of the harvest in the next day or so, with Georgian Crystal and Ivan still waiting in the field.

We grow only hardneck garlic varieties because they perform best in our climate and all of our garlic is organically produced. The garlic will spend the next 2–4 weeks curing before it’s ready.

If you’re looking for fresh garlic to enjoy in the kitchen or seed garlic for fall planting, we’ll have it available once curing is complete. Stay tuned!

We successfully planted our potatoes today, and despite being a few weeks behind schedule, we're thrilled to have them in the ground. We use the Ruth Stout method when planting potatoes and it makes harvesting a breeze. Today's rain was the perfect bonus, giving them just what they needed to get a good start.
