We take pride in
providing our customers with quality meat products that have been hand cut and made to order. We also make exceptional, fresh & smoked sausage as well as summer sausage and snack stixs. In addition to the meat counter, we also offer full service custom processing and wild game processing. For Holidays or special events we have deli trays that are custom made to your order. In addition to the meat counter, we have a full service deli where you can get cheese and cold cuts and a sandwich of your choosing. If BBQ is more your style, we offer BBQ sandwiches or meat plates which can be eaten in the shop or taken home. Custom orders are welcome to meet dietary requirements. Please call or email us.
