Freedom Processing is currently a custom meat processing facility built in 2017 (Formerly Sanders Custom Meat Processing) just north of Marlow, Oklahoma servicing the local livestock producer.

📣 Exciting News from Freedom Processing!
We’re thrilled to announce that Scott Dennis and his son Dennis are taking the reins as the new operators of Freedom Processing! 🎉
The Dennis family will be reopening the plant this January, continuing our mission to provide top-tier service to our local ranchers. We couldn’t be more excited to open with such a dedicated and hardworking family who share our passion for supporting the community.
If you’re in need of processing dates, don’t hesitate to reach out to us as we gear up for the reopening. Thank you for your continued support—we can’t wait to serve you again soon!

As you all know it is a crazy world we are navigating these days. Out of an abundance of caution Freedom is taking a few extra safety measures. We will not have the lobby open for customers to come inside and we will NOT be doing beef pickups this week, January 17-21. We will push all of this weeks pickups to Monday January 24th. Also if you have a date for processing this week we ask that you pull around back and drop off your animal and then call the front office for your cut sheet and and personal information. We hope this doesn't cause too much of an inconvenience for our customers but we feel this is the appropriate steps to take at this time.

To our valued customers: Because we’ve increased our weekly production quota, we now have several slaughter dates available for the months of January and February. These dates will be available on a first call basis. If we’re not able to get you in on a specific date, we will do our best to get you in promptly.

Please call 580-658-9368 to schedule your slaughter date. If we happen to miss your call, please leave a message and we will get back with you ASAP.

55 Cattle Company, LLC, Donated 375 pounds of Beef to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City. The beef processing was donated by Freedom Processing in Marlow, OK.
Because , OCA is helping coordinate donations to the OKC and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tulsa, Inc. Each Ronald McDonald House uses 2-3 beefs per year. We pray everyone is managing to make it through this crazy ice storm...ice storm in October, who would have thought that would happen. We want to let our great customers know that in anticipation of power outages we placed our coolers and freezers on backup power and will continue to keep them on backup until the power stabilizes. We especially want to thank BK Equipment for the generator and Smith Dressler Electric for getting us hooked up.
