Blue Dolfin Sweets Welcome to Blue Dolfin Sweets‒a family-owned and operated European bakery in South Jersey.

Originally from Poland, Chef Stefan Zareba and his wife, Barbara, opened Blue Dolfin Sweets in 2011. Chef Stefan bakes everything fresh on site using only the finest natural ingredients like organic fruit, real vanilla, fresh eggs, and imported Belgian chocolate.
