Locally Raised Angus Beef

BUY LOCAL! Our Angus beef is raised right here on our family ranch in Southeastern Idaho, where our cattle are free to roam our pastures and have plenty of access to good grass and clean water.

Not everyone has the freezer space for a full beef, so we offer the ability to buy a whole, 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8 beef. Pricing is equivalent to $7.49/lb that includes ground beef, roasts, and steaks.
**A whole beef is typically around 400 lbs of beef in your freezer.

Selling high-quality, locally raised, grass fed & grain finished Angus beef. Pricing is equivalent to $7.99/lb after it has been cut and wrapped.

Can be split into 1/2, 1/4, or even 1/8 if you do not want to buy the whole cow. Whole cow is roughly the following quantities…
190-200 lbs Ground Beef
50-65 lbs of Steaks
85-95 lbs of Roasts
30-40 lbs of Specialty (tritip, brisket, prime rib)
Total: 380-400 lbs

Our beef is raised right here in southeastern Idaho, where we take pride in the care and attention we give our animals. We believe that happy, healthy animals make for better meat, and we're committed to providing our customers with the best possible product.
Angus beef is known for its exceptional flavor and tenderness, thanks to the breed's natural marbling and our careful feeding and handling practices. Our animals are free to graze on pasture for much of the year, giving them the opportunity to live as nature intended. The last several weeks before processing, our cattle are given a grain portion in conjunction with their natural grass diet to increase flavor and tenderness.
