Welcome to Strauss Farms Beef. Some updates for 2026. We use TTJ Packing in Cottage Grove for processing. They charge. 90/lb for processing which includes vacuum sealing of all cuts except ground beef.
We charge $3.50/lb. That is based on the "hanging weight ". On average a 1/4 weighs about 200 lbs. We use a simple cutting sheet.
We require a $100 deposit to hold your spot. We have sold out each month for the past 3 years. Reserve your spot today. BUY LOCAL 🐄
