WE DO NOT ADD SULFITES!! We do not cook or filter any of our products so as to preserve the vitamins, minerals and trace elements found in honey and produced by fermentation. Mead is the oldest alcoholic beverage known to mankind. Sumerians and their guests enjoyed mead more than 12,000 years ago.
