Happy 2025! This year we will be selling unrefined Farm Fresh Canola Oil.
One tablespoon of unrefined oil equals the omega 3 of about 3 fish oil capsules.
We are taking a tablespoon of oil every morning to increase the omega 3's in our diet.

You may have seen in the news that seed oil has been linked to types of cancer. The way inexpensive cooking oil is processed is what makes it unhealthy. The high heat processing used to increase shelf life eliminates the omega 3's leaving only omega 6's . This makes our diet is overloaded with omega 6's .

This is my favorite book about the health benefits of our cold pressed canola oil. This book goes into great detail about how fats & oils are important to our health. It has really helped me understand why omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are so important to our health. Only flax seed oil has more omega 3s than my canola oil.
