Chef Rola is of Lebanese origin. Her life long passion aside from being a wonderful mother to her 4 children, is cooking and making people happy. She truly cooks from the heart. Her motto is " Alf Saha" which is arabic for "with a thousand healths". This phrase is commonly used amongst Arabs to express well wishes for health and safety for those being interacted with.
