Due to the incoming storm, we’ll be closed Tuesday, February 24 to keep our team safe.

We’ll reopen Wednesday, February 25 at 9 AM with fresh oysters and smiles ready for you.

Tomales Bay has been closed since the rainfall on December 19th — but before the storm hit, we harvested like crazy and packed our tanks as full as we could. After a busy Christmas week (and a few beautiful sunny days 🌞), we’re running a little low on oysters today — 12/30/25.

But good news… a portion of the bay re-opens tomorrow and we’ll be able to harvest again! YAY! 🎉 (At least until the next round of rain rolls in 😄)

We’ll be out there working hard harvesting tonight and tomorrow so we can restock and keep oysters on your tables. 🦪❤️

Well, folks, tomorrow’s forecast calls for "nope" with a 100% chance of us staying dry! Due to the incoming storm, we’ll be closed Wednesday to avoid turning oyster shucking into extreme water sports. 🏄‍♂️💦

Stay safe, stay dry, and we’ll be back slinging oysters Thursday—assuming we don’t float away. 🌊🐚 See you then!⛈☂️

Our in-house meteorologist (aka a very loud parrot 🦜) just squawked the latest update:

"Auk! We’re gonna be closed tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 14, 2025, because of the big ol' atmospheric river storm! 3”-5” of rain means West Marin roads could be a soggy mess—flooding, closures, and more water than a pelican can handle. Stay safe & dry!" 🌊🚗💨

💖 BUT GOOD NEWS: We’ll be back just in time for Valentine’s Day on Friday! And what’s more romantic than fresh oysters? 🦪💘 They’re delicious, they’re luxurious, and hey, they might just set the mood. 😉✨

And yes, we’re open Monday the 17th for Presidents Day—because even George Washington wouldn't want you missing out on oysters.
