Nestled here in the beautiful piney woods of East Texas, Bear Creek Smokehouse was born in 1943 when "Hick" & Nellie began curing & smoking their delicious turkeys and hams. Since then, mouth-watering Bear Creek smoked meats have become a holiday tradition in homes across the nation. We believe our customers keep coming back because we continue to create smoked meats without compromise... the same

old-fashioned way Hick & Nellie did. Our meat is slowly cured & slowly smoked over hickory embers from wood cut right here on our farm, for irresistible flavor. We feel that each package we ship contains not only our savory smoked meats but, more important, our family name & pride!
