Our first stress test on the new trailer! You can say, IT WAS AWESOME!!
The kids and teachers were the best! The kids were so polite! There were so many “Thank You”. Marshall South Elementary, you, the kids, and their parents rock! Jana made the comment, those children are so polite, it’s good to hear!

My wife and I would like to thank everyone who has came out to see us this first week. We appreciate the business but more importantly the smiles and laughter we get from the children, and a few adults! 🙂

I was heavily involved and coached or helped coach for years the youth in this town, flag football, youth tackle football, and softball. Once our youngest headed off to play college fb, I was lost. You all are filling that void!

Keep the smiles and laughter coming! There is nothing more healing!

Long post but please read.

We will be opening Memorial Day! My updated menu did not get done in time but we will have all the same flavors for the sno balls. I will also have a couple options for healthy protein smoothies.

We tossed the idea of adding dirty sodas but with our own twist. So we’re flipping it to a Dirty Sno-da’s! I came up with shaved ice, cherry syrup, root beer soda and cold cream for the first one. Jana wanted to do a red, white and blue for tomorrow and came up with great mix. We had the biggest critiques here for a little bit yesterday and all I heard was, “this is really really good”. Not sharing this mix, got to come check it out yourself. Remember… these two are drinks with a twist.

We will be adding to the menu for Sno-da’s as we go. Feel free to throw in the comments what you would like to try. If it’s new, never been tried, we like it, and decide to keep it, we will let you name it. For example “Ron’s dirty beer” or “Patriotic Jana”. Those are not on the menu, yet.

We have picked up a trailer and Marshall Chamber is going to have us for all the local events. Keep us in mind if you have something coming up.

This was the first event in the trailer, definitely learned a few things. That will help with preparation and speed. The first attempt at Dirty Sno-da’s was a success! The ones that tried it, said it was really good! Look forward to the next event!

Well it’s that time of year!!! The trailer is nearly complete for tonight’s wine and art event in DT Marshall!!! Unfortunately I did not hear back from the health department until Thursday so I won’t be introducing what we’re going to call sno-villa! It will be a trailer item only!

It will be vanilla soft serve in the bottom, shaved ice, your choice of syrup for full ice coverage and shot of vanilla syrup if requested!

We are also looking to add what we are going to add Dirty Sno-Das! We may try some samples tonight to see what works best. Shaved Ice, flavor of your choice, Root beer over the top, then cream on top! We wanted to do soft serve on bottom of this as well, but got delayed. Busy time of the year for health dept!

Last but not least, I received the Healthy Protein Smoothies ingredients in. This will only be offered at the shack, for now. Shack will be opening the end of May once school is out!

Have some great news!!! We will be adding a concession trailer for bigger events. We already have the smaller cart we can use for smaller events, like birthday parties and such as well. With the concession trailer it opens up for the heathy side of things. Protein smoothies for a healthy meal replacement or protein boost, energy tea refresher drink, soft serve ice cream, and snocones when you just want one of our full of flavoring snocones. Need to come up with more drink options, but we have time!! Man we are pumped and look forward to spring!

Well…. Here it is,the Snowie bus lady is happy! Come see me on the east side of court house. I like this name better anyways! Shacks been around for years!
