Spring Valley Farm Located South of Marshalltown just off of Reed Ave (Hwy 14) on 255th Street. Eggs available at the stand in the cooler.

We will have stand set up by the driveway at the house on the corner of 255th NOT at the schoolhouse where it was previously.

Pumpkins are set up. I still have some more in the field that I will be gathering and adding as I go, but the patch is set up for selling.

Unfortunately the harvest isn’t as good this year with the odd weather we had BUT I still have a good variety of different pumpkins to choose from.

Sadly none of my mega pumpkins made it this year, but next year we will try again.

Finally able to get in the field some to start harvesting the pumpkins. 2 weeks of rain and almost 8 inches was not what we had planned for the harvest.

I don’t have the pallets out yet to start sorting but have started getting them out of the field. Hoping for a good harvest and lots of variety. Hoping by the weekend I have everything set up.

We have an abundance of Chicken seeds available so we going to run a special while supplies last.$3 a dozen or 4 dz/$10$...

We also have some duck seeds available for $5 a dozen.

If you are wanting to can tomatoes please give us a heads up and we can get you some bulk tomatoes. We have the last of the Romas at the stand so when those are gone that will be the end of those. I have a bunch of regular ready I just need to pick but all this rain has kept us out not the garden.

I need to pick some more cherry tomatoes, but we have Romas and regular at the stand along with some green ones. Also have bell peppers, banana peppers and jalapenos. We also have yellow zucchini and I just added some pie pumpkins.

The stand is still open daily. We only have a few pickings left for the Romas before they will be done for the year. So if you are wanting to can some salsa now is the time to come get them. This batch of Romas have been claimed.

Just restocked the tomatoes with just picked. Haven’t gotten to the yellow tomatoes or the cherry tomatoes yet to get those picked but they will be coming. Still have more regular to pick as well.

If you want green tomatoes please message us or ring the bell I can always go pick more but we do have a few at the stand.

Pumpkins are coming as well. I will probably be adding pie pumpkins at the stand this week and carving pumpkins I have to check on yet but they are growing.

Brought the farm hands out for a little mom and dad time. Still have to watch the older ones with the babies a bit, but they will get better.

If you are wanting to can reach out with how many pounds you are wanting. Regular tomatoes definitely won’t be a problem on getting you a good amount. Romas aren’t as many but we have some that we could go out if there is a need for more than we have at the stand.

We are working on restocking the stand with everything. Picked the tomatoes yesterday and this morning and got some fresh peppers added. Unfortunately the first planting of cucumbers didn’t do well and the 2nd planting is still growing. We will update when those are ready.

I will be adding cherry tomatoes tomorrow. Sorry it got too warm by the time we got the regulars picked to pick the cherry tomatoes (they start splitting in the heat when picked) so I’ll get those in the morning and have them stocked up tomorrow.

Corn is done thank you for those that came out and got some.

Signs are back!
New signs that is after a few days of custom decorating them hot pink. Took a few days to complete the signs since we do them here. Sorry for the wait!

Hopefully these don't get taken.

(If you do decide you want this set too. Hopefully you're able to find the game camera before it finds you!)
