The Sea Box Delivery is back at the market THIS Sunday! All Sea Box items are WILD-CAUGHT and free from chemicals and preservatives. They're portioned, frozen, and sealed right away so everything tastes as fresh as the day it was caught!

Wake up to temperatures in the teens like we did?!🌡❄️ We've got you and dinnertime covered with a jalapeño corn and haddock chowder.
Warm up on this chilly day with a cup or bowl [no judgement here] of this chowder, and top with to really turn up the heat 🌶

Jalapeño Corn and Haddock Chowder
• 2 Seabox Haddock fillets
• 1 jalapeño
• 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
• 2 jars of snows clam juice
• 1 large yellow onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 4 or 5 red bliss potatoes
• 2 Tbsp of Old Bay Seasoning
• Salt pepper
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 cups half n half
• 4 cups of whole milk
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley , save some to garnish

Add butter and onion to pot, sweat down for 5 minutes,  add garlic, do not burn. Deglaze the pan with clam juice at a high heat. Add potatoes and fish. Simmer until fish is cooked. Let pan cool down a bit,  add half n half and milk, and all the spices. Add corn and jalapeño. Simmer for 1 hour on low heat. Enjoy!
