Seasoning recipes dating back to the company’s inception along with new exciting flavors allow for old-time favorites and a wide array of great choices for the consumer. When smoking products Hewitt’s uses only real Hickory Hardwood Chips. Sausage Making, Curing and Smoking Meat are not only an art passed down from generation to

generation, but also a science. Hewitt’s strives to continually improve our products by attending Meat Science classes as well as networking with fellow producers. As members of The Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors and The American Association of Meat Processors, we stay actively involved in an ever-changing industry. Inspected on a daily basis by the USDA our facility and products meet or exceed all food safety regulations. Records are kept for each product we produce.
