Needed to take a moment to reflect on this last month. It has truly been a blessing. The amount of support received has not gone unnoticed, and it truly warms my heart. I've had the opportunity to meet and visit with so many wonderful new people, create and introduce new recipes as the business grows, and see so many smiles while people are enjoying sweets and savories.
I'm excited and grateful for this journey and looking forward to what the future holds. Thank you all for being part of it.

Today was an exciting day at Old School Pastry Co. 🎉

Today was all about experimenting with gluten-friendly products! We spent time testing muffins, cookies, and donuts, and we are excited about where things are headed.

We were able to bring in a donut mix that is made in a completely gluten-free facility. However, because our products are prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present, we can only label these items as gluten-friendly, not gluten-free. Certain allergy concerns can still exist, but we take every precaution possible to reduce cross-contact and make these products as gluten-friendly as we can.

We're excited to keep experimenting, fine-tuning recipes, and bringing all kinds of delicious gluten-friendly options to our valued customers.

Thank you all for jumping in and supporting our collection for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
In two short days we collected cash in the shop and have decided to double yesterday's collection so we are able to give the hospital $200. We are so excited!

Thank you all, especially those that drove over just to donate. Hudson was so excited to hear we were selling his Go Gray In MAY donuts and giving money to his favorite Dr office .

We'll do it again in a few weeks.
