We are a third generation cheese factory, that utilizes milk from local dairy farms to produce our many cheese products. We produce a variety of cheeses, including cheese curds, Cheddars, Colby, Feta, and Montery Jack. We also carry cheese products from other factories from Wisconsin. We sell our products in our store which also has viewing windows to watch cheese production in action.
